Catherine, Christiane and William all share a common passion for gourmet treats. The first one is an outstanding cook, the second a PR consultant always looking for new trends and the last is an enthusiastic Pastry Chef.
Shortly after meeting, their common objective and wish became obvious: to provide and to have pleasure.
William Bollack, a talented and inventive Pastry Chef imagines the recipes and creates all the tiny yummy cakes by hand every day in the boutique-laboratory located in the Eaux-Vives. Nominated Best student of his year, CEPTA 2005, he’s developed his know-how and talent at the Mage Pâtisserie and also with the Pourcel Brothers at both the Tiffany and Eastwest hotels in Geneva.
« Cupcakes & the City » is the first Swiss business, entirely devoted to the handmade production and the sale of cupcakes.
